Oblix Lab provides digital product design and development services, including but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Software platform development
- Booking system development
- E-commerce solutions
- Branding and design services
- Automation and AI integration
We provide services to private businesses, government bodies, public sector organizations, and other entities as appropriate. Specific terms for government and public sector contracts may be subject to additional requirements and will be outlined in project-specific agreements.
3. Project Engagement
All projects begin with an initial consultation to determine scope, timeline, and cost. A formal agreement will be provided before work commences. Payment terms and project milestones will be outlined in the project-specific agreement.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Oblix Lab retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party assets, libraries, or frameworks remain under their respective licenses.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing timely feedback and approvals
- Supplying necessary content, assets, and access
- Maintaining clear communication throughout the project
- Making payments according to agreed terms
6. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are established in project-specific agreements. Typical arrangements include an upfront deposit and milestone-based payments. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
7. Revisions and Changes
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees.
8. Confidentiality
Oblix Lab agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information, business plans, and proprietary data shared during the course of a project. We will not disclose such information to third parties without client consent.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
Oblix Lab's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
11. Project Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed to date. All work completed remains the property of Oblix Lab until full payment is received.
12. Support and Maintenance
Post-launch support terms are specified in individual project agreements. Ongoing maintenance and support services are available and priced separately.
13. Third-Party Services
Our solutions may integrate with third-party services and APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of service of third-party providers.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
15. Changes to Terms
Oblix Lab reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
